Shingle roofs are available in various colors, sizes and materials. We have installed everything from asphalt shingles to metal shingles and cedar shake. Shingles can be a cost effective solution for a pitched roof. However, due to wind uplift and possible hail damage metal roofing is more tolerant in our high desert climate. Typical shingle manufacturer’s warranties come with a 25 to 35 year warranty.
