ROOF MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS
Ensuring a long life for your residential or commercial roof, so that you don’t have to replace it before it has reached the natural end of its lifespan, can be as simple as a professional bi-annual inspection and maintenance routine.
McPartlon Roofing has an in-house service department to handle all your roof maintenance needs, with several roof maintenance programs to choose from, depending on the type of roof you have. Short- or long-term contracts are also available and are put in place to help you avoid unnecessary roof replacements.
Roof Maintenance Membership
McPartlon Roofing is dedicated to providing our customers the best roofing services in Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico. That is why we are proud to provide the option to become an Annual Roof Maintenance Member.
Our Roof Maintenance Membership program includes:
- Inspect and removal of debris from the roof and gutters
- Sealing of problem areas (canales, penetrations, and flashing)
- Take records of maintenance performed and create diagrams of your roof
- Provide a report of issues in other trade areas such as the stucco, skylights, beams, or potential problem areas due to pests

Typically our annual maintenance plan for residential roofing clients includes a once a year evaluation and required maintenance. For commercial or other mixed use buildings we may recommend a bi annual maintenance after our initial assessment. Both residential and commercial clients can choose from 1 to 5 year maintenance plans customized to service their specific needs.

Proactive and preventative roof maintenance
While it’s always a good idea to check on your roof after a heavy storm or high winds, a yearly inspection and regular roof maintenance by our McPartlon roofing professionals. Our experts follow a roof preventative maintenance checklist and will not only reveal potential problems you might not have known to be there, but they can also give you a rough estimate of how many more years your roof has left.
Even if you’re a fanatic about keeping your gutters clean, sometimes water seeps into the structure of your roof causing more than just water stains. Our experts will look for areas where cracks have formed, or mortar is missing, and recommend the type of roof repairs necessary to return your roof to its original integrity.

Additional considerations
Please keep in mind that not all roofs are eligible for annual maintenance. We will not be able to honor requests for roof maintenance membership that apply to roofs that are beyond their usable life. Additionally, our annual roof maintenance plan does not include a warranty.
